If we purchase your mailing label from the Post Office, we will use your name and address, and possibly your phone number for orders outside the United States, if required, to fill out their form for mailing labels and customs forms. In some cases, we may contact you to check on the delivery of your order. We may share the content of your reviews, without sharing your personal or identifying information, on our own website or our own social media. Refund and Returns Policy
Please choose original artwork carefully as we do not offer returns and refunds for original art, due to the potential for it not being in its original, saleable state when returned. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and if there is an issue with your order, please contact us. We are happy to help make it right. Artwork is shipped insured. Please contact us is there is any issue.
Digital items cannot be returned.
Please contact us for any issues with print-on-demand items.
Gifts
If your item is a gift and you would like it sent to a separate address with a gift note, please let us know in the notes at checkout, or contact us at [email protected].
Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped via USPS from North Carolina. We use either First Class or Priority Mail. Handling time varies from 2-5 business days for ready-made items. Print-on-demand items may take longer.
