Gifts
If your item is a gift and you would like it sent to a separate address with a gift note, please let us know in the notes at checkout, or contact us at ruffings@ruffings.com. Just be sure to include the gift address, what names you would like for the “to” and “from,” and what message you would like to on the gift note.
Shipping Policy
Currently we are shipping within the United States. Orders will be shipped via USPS from North Carolina. We use either USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, usually Priority Mail insured. Handling time varies from 2-5 business days for ready-made items. Custom and print-on-demand items may take longer. USPS delivery times vary. USPS Ground Advantage delivery time is usually, but not always, 2-5 business days from the day your purchase is shipped. USPS Priority Mail delivery time is usually, but not always, 1-3 business days from the day your purchase is shipped. Both USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail come with insurance for items priced up to $100. Items priced beyond that will require additional insurance. We were shipping internationally, but the requirements changed and in many cases we were not able to do it.
Refund and Returns Policy
Packages are shipped insured by USPS. Please contact us is there is any issue. Please choose original, one-of-a-kind works of art, such at art dolls, figurines, or paintings, carefully as we do not offer returns or refunds for original art if you have changed your mind, due to the potential for it not being returned in its original, saleable state. We can offer an exchange or return on handmade plush toys or doll clothing if they are returned in their original, saleable condition within two weeks. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and if there is an issue with your order, please contact us. We are happy to help make it right.
Digital items cannot be returned.

Privacy Policy
We use the information you send us to reply to your messages, answer your questions, ask you questions about your order, thank you for your order, fill your order, and fill out mailing labels for your order. If we purchase your mailing label from the Post Office, we will use your name and address, and possibly your phone number for orders outside the United States, if required, to fill out their form for mailing labels and customs forms. In some cases, we may contact you to check on the delivery of your order. We may share the content of your reviews, without sharing your personal or identifying information, on our own website or our own social media.
