Marigold is a sweet miniature ginger tabby kitten with golden yellow eyes.
She is wearing a gold jumper and a pale gold blouse with darker gold polka dots.
Marigold comes with a mahogany-stained dollhouse spindle cradle. The mattress, pillow, and coverlet are pale gold with golden roses and sprays of green leaves.
Marigold loves to nap in her pretty cradle every afternoon.
Marigold is a one-of-a-kind work of art, and is meant for display only.
She was sculpted from paperclay in multiple stages, to allow for drying and detailing.
Marigold was painted under a magnifying light, with tiny brushes, one hair at a time.
She is signed and sealed with matte varnish for protection and preservation, and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
Marigold and her cradle are 1:12 scale. (One inch equals one foot.)
Marigold stands 1 and 7/8 inches tall.
Update: Marigold has been adopted. Thank you!
Marigold’s miniature kitten friends are, from left to right, Magnolia the Turkish Angora kitten, Alice the Birman kitten, Frannie the black-and-white tuxedo kitten, Dixie the tabby kitten, Rosie the Ragdoll kitten, Daphne the Siamese kitten, and Libby the calico kitten.
