Vienna is an American Shorthair silver tabby fairy kitten with yellow-green eyes.
She and her friend Vergil the bluebird are sitting on a log discussing the nature of things and the things of nature.
As winged creatures, they have much in common. They both know how to soar over the clouds and gently glide on the breeze. They like to sit and rest in wooded areas, especially on old logs that are part of the forest floor.
They compare notes on whether or not it will rain, and talk at great length about the creatures they have seen from above, both two-legged and four-legged.
Vienna envies Vergil’s beautiful voice. “I would like to be melodious too,” she tells him.
“I will teach you how to sing,” Vergil volunteers, which pleases Vienna to no end. Together they practice the scales and then sing a song that can be heard all through the woods. Chipmunks and squirrels gather around to listen to their duet, and dance along as they sing.
Vienna is wearing a soft pale rose dress with dark rose petal sleeves. Her lovely wings are mauve blended out to vibrant blue at the tips. They are accented with shapes of pale yellow, gold, rose, and blue, with highlights of pale yellow. They are made from paperclay.
Vienna’s detailed log is also textured and sculpted in paperclay, and is a one-of-a-kind work of art that is painted, varnished, and signed Max Bailey. It is 2 inches long.
